Believe us, it's not too early. Last year's Tuscan dinner was sold out early, with a waiting list.

The delectable menu:

+ Fresh mozzarella, farm vine tomatoes, citrus pesto, balsamic glaze.

+ Homemade fusilli and vodka sauce.

+ Eggplant rollatini stuffed with mascarpone, ricotta

and Pecorino Romano whipped filling topped with pomodoro sauce.

+ Roasted garlic string beans and rustic Tuscan potatoes.

+ Tiramisu.

  • Take in the incredible view of the mountains in the distance, and the farm produce, grapevines and sunflowers growing in the field up close. The sunsets are breath-taking at the farm!

  • Explore the herb garden, the butterfly garden, visit the chickens, and roam the community garden.

  • Listen to Frank Sinatra, Connie Francis, Perry Como, Dean Martin, Andrea Boccelli, Luciano Pavarotti and the other great Italian singers, as  you soak in the amazing Italian atmosphere all around you.

  • Enjoy a 4-course Italian meal served by John Vitale, his family and staff, of Caffe Anello, voted Bergen County's best Italian Restaurant as well as Best New Restaurant their first year in business.

  • We may even include a Foxtrot lesson on the huge deck, to some favorite Italian music.

  • The atmosphere - ITALIANO, ITALIANO, ITALIANO! The vineyard, the sunflowers, the terra cotta urns, the music, the food, the décor, CHE BELLA SERA!

Thanks for your support of our garden and farm. We love you!

...and THANK YOU JOHN VITALE AND EVERYONE AT CAFFE ANELLO for helping us raise over $3,500 last year

Here is how your support makes a difference:

Volunteers working on our Recreation and Picnic Area

You're making it possible for our community and visitors from all over northern New Jersey with special needs to enjoy a country location where they can "decompress" amidst the community garden and farm. We teach people to grow their own food and live sustainably.

This year's fundraiser will enable us to meet overall expenses to continue operation of the Community Garden, the Accessible Garden where our gardeners who use wheelchairs and walkers can join us, our Recreation and Picnic Area where ALL of our gardeners can now join us to play horseshoes and bocce, and to have picnics. We will also complete the Children's Educational Garden with funds from this year's dinner.
